During my time in Cactus Creative I had to create & adapt designs for customized products done with UV printing (knowledge in how adapt designs for UV printing and operate UV printer). Additionally, I was tasked with handling MetaBusiness to reply to customer's messages & keep them engaged as well as staying up to date with client orders through Shopify.
